pause and resume on permanent timeshift corrected (2nd try)
(hopefully really fixes ( 45385) )
generate well-formed XML-Timerlist (Thanks to Dr. Best)
fix crashing of enigma when switching from listview to normal view of main menu (thanks to martin)
Allow rewind of premanent timeshift in video mode without the need to press pause
Make bootmenu compile with freetype >= 2.1
Only switch audio_type if it's really necessary
This avoids the clicking noise when switching between channels that both have ac3-Output (at least on my amplifier)
- start permanent timeshift when leaving "normal" standby
- Remove movie from playlist when it is deleted

Erst einmal habe ich das Image 1:1 aus dem CVS kompiliert,
also ohne manuelle Änderungen im Image.

That makes the calculation for the movie duration and current position correctly.
(taken from the Merlin project)
Fix segfault of enigma when no tuxtxt font available

Here, once the NFS test image in the notes to make sure everything is running.
Please report views whether it works with NFS so far.

Because Samba image I have I still think about how I build the best.
I have almost tend to take out to all languages except German and English, then the place has to suffice.
If you want to use another language, it must hold back on the NFS image.
