Hi all by inserting in mozilla firefox you should get a picture looking like attacment .
Use the link WEB-X-TV and follow instruction
The user and password you will be asked is default root and dreambox

Methode work on db 500 , 7000 and 7020

WEB-X-TV (view db on PC)
Here is how it works. A short tutorial.

1) Open Firefox browser.
2) Type your dreambox IP i.e. (example : ) This is an example IP, you should type your own dreambox IP address.
3) A new window will open as explained by LM
4) Once the above window opens you will get the details of your dreambox with bouquet.
5) Click on the channel you want to watch and then click on VLC. It will ask you open it with VLC or WMP or any other player. Click on VLC and you are done.
